ABSTRACT Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of terbutaline injection in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:122 cases children with asthmatic bronchitis were divided into two groups at random, the control group had 60 cases , the treatment group had 62 cases. The control group were given aminophyiline injection intravenous drip, 1 times /d, 7 days for a course of treatment; the treatment group were given terbutaline sulphate injection intravenous drip,1 times /d, 7 days for a course of treatment. The clinical curative effect, index of pulmonary function change before and after treatment, and adverse drug reaction of two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%, the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.93% There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).After treatment, the cough, wheezing, pulmonary ralesdisappearance time and hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05); and the lung function in the treatment group were improved significantly better than the control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The control group had 17 cases of adverse drug reactions, while the treatment group had 7cases,the adverse reactions between two groups had significant difference (P<0.05) .Conclusion:Terbutaline has significant effect in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis, it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function , shorten the hospitalization time, and has less adverse reactions. |
