| 摘 要 目的:观察低钙透析联合口服碳酸钙治疗血液透析患者高磷血症的疗效及安全性。方法：72例血液透析患者随机分为两组各36例，对照组患者采用低钙透析治疗，观察组患者采用低钙透析联合口服碳酸钙治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血钙、血磷、血清全段甲状旁腺激素（iPTH）指标变化情况，观察两组疗效和药品不良反应。结果：治疗后，两组患者血磷较前明显降低，血iPTH明显升高（P<0.05），且观察组患者血磷和iPTH均明显低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。两组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），而两组疗效分布比较，观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组药品不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：低钙透析联合口服碳酸钙治疗血液透析患者高磷血症效果显著，可显著降低患者血磷和iPTH，优于单纯低钙透析，且安全性高。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of low calcium dialysis combined with oral calcium carbonate on the treatment hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia. Methods:72 patients with hyperphosphatemia were randomly divided into two groups，36 patients in the control group were treated by low calcium dialysis and 36 patients in treatment group were treated by low calcium dialysis treatment combined with oral calcium carbonate.Situation of Calcium, phosphorus, serum intact parathyroid hormone (intact parathyroid hormone)index changes indicators of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Efficacy and adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed.Results:After treatment, the phosphorus of two groups of patients was decreased, and the blood iPTH was increased (P<0.05)，the phosphorus and serum iPTH of the treatment group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group patients(P<0.05).There was no differences on total effective of two groups (P>0.05), while the distribution of the effect，the observation group is better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the two groups had no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Efficacy of hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia treated by low calcium dialysis combined with oral calcium carbonate obvious and safe and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and decreases serum phosphorus and iPTH. |
