| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the clinical symptoms，the endoscopic mucosal changing condition，and the rate of ulcer recurrence in 3 months of allantoin aluminum combined with rabeprazole in treatment of active period gastric ulcer. Methods:106 cases of Hp infection in patients with active period gastric ulcer were randomly divided into observation group（53 cases）and control group（52 cases were followed up for 3 months, and 1 case was lost）. Observation group: in first weeks, given triple treatment eradicating Hp (rabeprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin)，from second to sixth weeks,rabeprazole every time 10 mg,qd, combined with allantoin aluminum tablets every time 200 mg,tid,po.Control group :in first week,given triple treatment eradicating Hp (rabeprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin)，from second to sixth weeks ,rabeprazole every time 10 mg,qd, po. Gastroscopy and pathological examination were given after 6 weeks treatment, the ulcer recurrence rate were followed up on all patients after 3 months . Results:After 6 weeks of treatment, comparison of the clinical symptoms, total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05), the endoscopic therapeutic effect of observation groups was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The inflammatory mucosa of gastric activity of observation group was significantly improved than that in control group(P<0.05).The ulcer recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group after 3 months follow up(P<0.05). Conclusion:Allantoin aluminum combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of active gastric ulcer，it can improve the clinical treatment effect, relieve symptoms, promote inflammation subsided, increase the quality of ulcer healing, reduce the rate of ulcer recurrence，and has good safety, it is worth clinical application. |
