| 摘 要 目的:探讨中药注射剂不良反应的发生情况，特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性研究方法，对2009～2013年解放军药品不良反应监测中心收集的中药注射剂不良反应报告进行统计和分析。结果：3 695例中药注射剂ADR共涉及112个品种，注射后30 min以内发生占54.28%，累及系统 器官的主要表现以皮肤及附件损害（33.42%）、全身性损害（20.26%）、心血管系统损害（12.07%）、及消化系统损害（10.19%）为主。结论：应重视中药注射剂的不良反应，提高合理用药水平，重点关注易导致严重ADR的中药注射剂品种。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To learn the characteristics of ADRs caused by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injections and provide information for rational drug use in clinical practice. Methods:With retrospective study method, analyzing all the adverse reactions of TCM injections collected by the PLA center of ADR monitoring during 2009 to 2013. Results:112 different TCM injections are involved in 3 695 cases of ADR,54.28% of which happened within 30 minutes after the injections. The main consequences of these ADRs involved following damages: skin and its accessories damage（33.42%）; systemic damage(20.26%); damages of cardiovascular(12.07%) and digestive system(10.19%).Conclusion:It is important to be aware of the ADR caused by TCM injections and strengthen rational drug use. Special attention should be given to the TCM injections that easily lead to severe ADRs. |
