| ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze 41 ADR cases of the Reduning Injection to explore the causes of adverse reactions, provide a reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods:On the basis of adverse drug reaction network management platform in Huizhou, 41 cases of ADR reports caused by Reduning from January 2013 to September 2014 were analyzed in terms of the age, gender, system organs involved, clinical manifestation and so on. Results:Among 41 ADR reports, highest rate of ADR occurred in children patients; Allergic reactions were commonand the ADR mainly involved skin and its appendages damage(53.8%)；78.1% ADR were happened in 30 minutes; The evaluation result for the correlation of 82.9% was likely； All of these cases were single medication using. Conclusion:Doctors and pharmacists should pay more attention to the ADR of Reduning injection, strengthen to the monitor of drug use, and analyze its characteristics, so as to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR, ensure clinical safety. |
