| 摘 要 目的:回顾分析云梦县人民医院新生儿脓疱疮的医院感染发生率及近5年新生儿脓疱疮患儿抗菌药应用情况，以期对该院新生儿脓疱疮的预防和治疗提供参考。方法：收集该院2002年1月～2012年5月新生儿脓疱疮住院病例资料,统计分析新生儿脓疱疮的相关指标及抗菌药应用情况。结果：该院各年新生儿脓疱疮发病率较低，各年发病率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。正常分娩与剖宫产新生儿脓疱疮发病率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。正常分娩与剖宫产新生儿脓疱疮发病日龄比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。该院新生儿脓疱疮的实验室检查送检标本取材不当及部分病例抗菌药应用存在不合理。结论：该院新生儿脓疱疮医院感染控制较好。该院应正确选择新生儿脓疱疮的病原学检查送检标本，提高病原学检查培养阳性率及药敏试验结果，指导抗菌药的合理应用。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To analysis of nosocomial infection of impetigo neonatorum and the state of use of antibio tics in recent 5 years by collecting impetigo neonatorum in one county hospital in order to offer the instruction for the prevention and treatment of impetigo neonatorum. Methods:To collect data from impetigo neonatorum in peoples hospital of Yunmeng county from January 2002 to May 2012 , to analysis the relevant data and the application of antibiotics of impetigo neonatorum in the hospital. Results:The incidence of the disease was less. The incidences of hospital acquired impetigo neonatorum were not statistically significant among every year in the hospital (P>0.05). The incidences of hospital acquired impetigo neonatorum were statistically significant between infants delivered naturally and by caesarean （P<0.05）. The age at onset of hospital acquired impetigo neonatorum were not statistically significant between infants delivered naturally and by caesarean (P>0.05). The specimen of laboratory examination was inappropriate and the application of antibacterial drugs were not reasonable in the hospital. Conclusion:Nosocomial infection of impetigo neonatorum has controlled satisfactorily in the hospital. The hospital should choose specimen of laboratory examination of impetigo neonatorum in correct way and enhance positive rate of etiological examination.And, the result of drug sensitive test should guide the rational application of antimicrobials. |
