| ABSTRACT Objective:To provide rationalization proposals for controlling the medicine proportion effectively.Methods: Analyzing the necessity and urgency of controlling the medicine proportion, and finding the pharmacy management experience and analysing of it. Results:Regulating the medicine proportion was to guide the hospital rational development, but the regulation of medicine proportion in our hospital accounting process, we encountered some problems, meanwhile, we found that some limitations of the medicine proportion as regulation indicators, furthermore, the hospital pharmaceutical affairs management regulation index need to be further improved. Conclusion:It is necessary to control medicine proportion. The government should increase investment in medical institutions to help them solve external problems; medical institutions should carry on the comprehensive management, and follow the principles of rational drug use, strengthen publicity and education. |
