ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the clinical value of pranoprofen eye drops after peripheral iridectomy surgery.Methods:62 cases of patients who had primary closed angle glaucoma underwent laser peripheral iridectomy, were randomly divided into observation group and control group each 31 cases (31 eyes). The observation group were treated with pranoprofen eye drops, the control group were given tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension. Before and 1,3,7days after treatment, the intraocular pressure and the symptoms and signs comprehensive score changes, and the adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared. Results:There had no obvious change of average intraocular pressure before and after treatment in both groups (P>0.05); After the treatment, the comprehensive eye signs and symptoms score of two groups patients significantly lower than before (P<0.01), and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There had no significant difference of adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:After peripheral iridectomy surgery, the application of pranoprofen eye drops was safe and effective, and it could reduce the risk of hormone induced ocular hypertension, it had clinical reference value. |
