ABSTRACT Objective:To analysis the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by contrast media in Zhejiang Hospital, so as to provide a reference to reduce the risk of its use. Methods:We reviewed the cases of contrast media induced adverse drug reactions during enhanced examination in recent 5 years, described the relationships between the use of the agent and gender, age, clinical manifestation, and other factors respectively. Results:A total of 52 cases of adverse reactions were induced by contrast media, 16 patients were males and 36 patients were females, the average age was (56.8±13.0) years old, ADR mainly occurred in skin and appendages disorders. Most of ADR were caused by nonionic iodine contrast media ioversol, iopromide, iobitridol and magnetic resonance contrast media gadopentetate dimeglumine, ioversol and iopromide induced most of the reactions. 51 cases occurred within 20 minutes after injection, 1 case occurred after 60 minutes after injection. In 52 cases, 5 patients were cured, 46 patients were ameliorated, 1 patient was deceased. Conclusion: It is necessary to pay attention to adverse reactions induced by contrast media, close observation and active intervention could improve the safety of using contrast media. |
