| 摘 要 目的:观察氢氧化钙糊剂活髓保存治疗龋源性牙髓炎的疗效和安全性。方法：80例龋源性牙髓炎患者随机分为观察组40例(46颗患牙)和对照组40例(48颗患牙)。两组患者均予0.9%氯化钠注射液及3%过氧化氢充分清洗患牙牙髓，对照组予丁香油氧化锌糊剂盖髓治疗，观察组予氢氧化钙糊剂盖髓治疗。观察比较两组治疗24 h后疼痛程度及药品不良反应发生情况。随访1年，评价两组临床效果。结果：治疗24 h后，两组患者疼痛评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05和P＜0.01)，且观察组的改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应。计论：采用氢氧化钙糊剂活髓保存治疗龋源性牙髓炎能快速减轻患者的疼痛，疗效确切，安全性好。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To observe curative effect and safety of calcium hydroxide paste vital pulp therapy on carious pulpitis.Methods:80 cases of patients with carious pulpitis were divided into 40 cases of patients in observation group (46 teeth with disease) and 40 cases of patients in control group (48 teeth with disease) at random. The patients in two groups were given 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 3% hydrogen peroxide to clean endodontium teeth with disease, and the patients in control group were given clove oil Zinc oxide paste by pulp treatment, while the patients in observation group were given calcium hydroxide paste by pulp treatment. The clinical curative effect, pain degree after 24 hours’ medical treatment and adverse drug reactions（ADR） of patients in two groups were observed and compared after the medical treatment. Results:After 24 hours’ medical treatment, pain scores of patients in two groups were improved than before (P<0.05 or P＜0.01), and the improvement rate of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The cure rate of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group (P<0.05). No ADR appeared on patients in two groups during the medical treatment. Conclusion:The application of calcium hydroxide paste vital pulp therapy to treat carious pulpitis could rapidly lighten the pain of patients with favorable curative effect and higher safety, which was an effective treatment therapy. |
