| ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the clinical manifestations and characteristics of atorvastatin induced adverse reactions, so as to provide references for the clinical reasonable application of atorvastatin.Methods: Atorvastatin induced adverse reactions reported in the journal full text database of China hospital knowledge database (CHKD) from 2000 to 2014 were reviewed. The patients’gender, age, dosage, ADR time of occurrence, the primary disease and adverse drug reactions were analyzed statistically.Results:48 cases reported in 47 literatures were reviewed, most ADR cases were found in 51 60 years old patients and the patients with the daily dose of 20 mg; musculoskeletal system was mostly involved in these ADR cases. Conclusion:In the clinical application of atorvastatin, more attentions should be paid to the atorvastatin induced adverse effects to ensure the safety medication. |
