ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the characteristics of injection preparation ADR in one hospital under new circumstances and explore its significance to clinical work. Methods:The injection preparation ADR data from January 1,2012 to June 1,2015 were gathered and the retrospective study method was used. The classification factors, such as gender and age, drugs, protopathy diseases, ADR symptoms, and allergy history were compared, counted and analyzed with the clinical work. Results: Age over 45 years or allergy history was the important impact factor of incidence of ADR, which both were statistically significant(P<0.01). The antibiotics caused more ADR and the cases with underlying chronic illnesses were in higher amounts. The most usual injury types were allergic reaction and liver injury. Conclusion:The information of age, protopathy diseases, the allergy history should be analysed with drugs for estimation of ADR possibility before dosage regimen design and injection. Besides careful selection of drug, the high risk patients required pharmaceutical care when and after administration, and enough attention should be paid to the possibility of serious ADR if discomfort follows the administration. |
