| 摘 要 目的:评价吉西他滨或紫杉醇联合铂类药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和安全性。方法：120例晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC)患者随机分为研究组和对照组，分别接受吉西他滨+顺铂和紫杉醇+顺铂治疗，21 d为1周期，治疗4个周期。评价两组的近期疗效、药品不良反应和生活质量。结果：研究组总有效率为58.33%，对照组为56.67%，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者白细胞下降、血红蛋白下降、恶心呕吐、肾功能异常和肝功能异常的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；但研究组的血小板下降发生率明显高于对照组，脱发发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组生活质量改善情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：吉西他滨联合顺铂与紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC的疗效和安全性基本相当。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of cisplatin combined with gemcitabine or paclitaxel on advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:120 cases patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into study group and control group, and were treated with gemcitabine + cisplatin and paclitaxel + cisplatin for 4 cycles of chemotherapy respectively with each lasted for 21 days. The short term curative effect, toxicity and quality of life were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 58.33% in study group, similar to 56.67% in control group (P>0.05). The two groups produced no significant differences in white blood cells decline, decreased hemoglobin, nausea, vomiting, abnormal renal function or abnormal liver function (P>0.05)；but the incidence of platelet decline in study group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of hair loss significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life to improve the situation was similar between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced NSCLC, as paclitaxel plus cisplatin, showed equivalent clinical effects with similar adverse reactions. |
