ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized treatment of cancer pain, and to promote rational clinical drug using. Methods:According to the order of time sequence of patients, tumor patients were selected from department of oncology and other ward (30 cases each) during December 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital, and set as observation group and control group respectively. The observation group were treated with standardized treatment of cancer pain, and control group were not. Then the rationality, effectiveness, adverse drug reactions and compliance of the two groups with treatment of cancer pain medication were evaluated and compared. Results:The rationality evaluation index was more reasonable in observation group than in the control group (P<0.01); The M(P25,P75) of 72 h pain score after treatment for the observation group was 1 (0,2), the pain score for control group was 3 (2,5), and pain score for the observation group was lower (P<0.01). The incidence of constipation and addiction (P<0.05) were lower in observation group than in control group (P<0.05). The patient compliance was better in observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The standardized drud treatment has positive effects on the cancer pain treatment. |
