| 摘 要 目的:分析2012～2014年南京地区肠内营养药的使用情况及用药趋势，为肠内营养药的合理使用提供参考。方法：采用金额排序法和用药频度排序法，对南京地区29家医院2012～2014年临床使用的肠内营养药进行分析。结果：肠内营养药用药金额逐年递增，2012～2014年肠内营养药中肠内营养混悬液SP（百普力）一直保持销售金额第1位；肠内营养混悬液TPF（能全力）用药频度一直位居第一。结论：2012~2014年南京地区肠内营养药销售金额呈上升趋势，用药结构基本合理。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the trend of enteral nutrition(EN) drugs in 29 hospital of Nanjing area from 2012 2014 , in order to provide a basis for rational use of EN. Methods:Medication frequency(DDDs) and consumption sum sorting method recommended by WHO were used，to analyze enteral nutrition(EN) drugs in 29 hospital of Nanjing area. Results:The consumption sum of enteral nutrition drug increased year by year, the consumption sum of SP ranked the first place during 2012 2014. The DDDs of TPF had been ranked the first place. Conclusion:The consumption sum of enteral nutrition drugs in Nanjing area from 2012 2014 was on the rise, and medication structure was reasonable basically. |
