ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the drug resistance characteristics of Escherichia coli resistant to levofloxacin, for clinical prevention, control and treatment of Escherichia coli infection to provide reference. Methods:the resistance feature in 140 strains of Escherichia coli collected in our hospital from February 1st, 2014 to February 1st,2015 were statistically analyzed. Results:Total of 75 strains resisted to levotloxacin were detected in 140 strains of Escherichia coli, and the detection rate was 53.57%. The main common specimens in which strains resisted to levotloxacin were detected were in turn the urina (46.47%) and the sputum (14.67%).Except for piperacillin/tazobala, cefacillin, cefotetanertapenem, imipenem/cilastatin, gentamycin, tobramycin, furantotin, SMZ plus TMP, the resistance rate of levotloxacin resistant strains were significantly higher than that of non Levofloxacin resistant strains to ampicillin, ampicillin/sulbactam, ceftazidime, ceftriaxone, cefepime, azactam, amikacin, ciprofloxacin, ESBLs(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Escherichia coli of some commonly used antibiotic resistance was higher, should strengthen the drug resistance of clinical monitoring, rational use of antimicrobial agents, delay the produce of antibiotic resistance. |
