| 摘 要 目的:对某三甲医院医务人员静脉输液使用认知度进行调查，为减少输液不合理使用提供依据。方法：应用自行设计的问卷，通过院内办公自动化系统，由该院在职医师、护师、药师自愿在规定时间内填写上报输液使用认知度调查表。结果：回收有效问卷752份，有效回收率98.7％。医务人员对输液使用安全性、不良反应知识认知度较高，对输液疗效存在认知误区，岗位、职称对医务人员输液使用认知度影响较大。结论：需加强对医务人员的宣传培训，使静脉输液能够规范使用，切实缓解群众就医负担，降低医疗风险。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the recognition degree of intravenous medicine among medical personnel in a Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital, in order to provide reference to promote the rational use of intravenous medicine．Methods:By hospital OA system, a self designed questionnaire was distributed to the doctors, nurses and pharmacists who worked in a Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital. The interviewees should answer the questionnaires within the given time． Results:752 eligible questionnaires were obtained and the recovery rate was 98.7％. The interviewees had a good recognition of intravenous medicine safety and ADR, but a poor recognition of intravenous medicine effectiveness．Job and professional title were factors that affected intravenous medicine recognition among medical personnel．Conclusion:The intravenous medicine knowledge should be propagandized to medical personnel. So that we could cut down health care cost and decrease medical risks by using intravenous medicine rationally. |
