| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of misoprostol for taking the ring forceps complexity IUD.Methods:February 2014 to February 2015, 51 complexity IUD patients in our hospital as the observation group, given misoprostol 400μg, IUD was taken with the ring forceps after 3 hours; Between October 2012 to October 2013, 51 cases complexity IUD patients in our hospital as a control group, take the ring pliers remove the IUD.The mean time of operation, score of pain degree, cervical relaxation and the success rate of taking the IUD of two groups were compared.Results:The cervical dilation total effective rate of observation group was 98.04%, significantly higher than that of control group（74.51%，P<0.05）；the the success rate of observation group was90.20%, significantly higher than that of control group（39.22%，P<0.05）. The mean operative time of observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, pain scores were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: That misoprostol was used to take the ring forceps complexity IUD could reduce damage to the uterus, the IUD removed successfully, reduce the degree of pain the patient, worthy of promotion. |
