Results:Of the total 497 cases, anti infective drugs induced ADR cases took the lead with 50.10%(249/497)followed by Chinese patent medicine induced ADR cases[15.09%(75/497)]. The ADR manifested mostly as damage of skin and appendants[50.84%(302/594)]. Of the total 497 ADR cases, 27 were new ADR cases and 15 were serious ADR cases. There were less new or serious ADR cases. The serious ADR manifested mostly as anaphylactic shock. Conclusion:Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring and the quality of ADR reports and use of drugs should be strengthened in order to reduce or avoid occurrence of ADR. |
