| 摘 要 目的：探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合莫沙必利治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效、安全性，及对患者肠道功能的改善作用。方法：功能性便秘老年患者128例随机分为观察组和对照组, 每组64例，对照组患者应用莫沙必利片治疗，观察组患者给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合莫沙必利片治疗。疗程4周。评估两组患者临床疗效、主要症状或体征的改善状况及药品不良反应。结果：观察组显效率为78.13%，高于对照组60.94%(P＜0.05)。观察组患者症状改善时间低于对照组(P＜0.05)，治疗后排便困难、粪便性状、排便不尽感和排便间隔评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组患者药品不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合莫沙必利治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效较好，能明显改善患者的临床症状或体征，缩短患者好转时间，并具有较好的安全性。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets (live) combined with mosapride treatment of senile functional constipation and the improvement of intestinal function, and observe its safety.Methods:128 senile patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 64 cases in each group. The control group patients treated with mosapride, and the observation group patients given Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets (live) combined with mosapride. Mainly evaluated the clinical efficacy of two groups, the major improvements of the symptoms or signs and the adverse reactions. Results:The significant efficiency of the observation group was 78.13%, higher than the control group 60.94%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The symptomatic improvement of the observation group waslower than the control group (P<0.05). Observation group patients defecate difficulty excrement character, endless defecate and defecation interval score were all lower than the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions compared of two groups, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The clinical curative effect was better for Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets (live) combined with mosapride treatment of senile functional constipation, which could significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms or signs, shortening the time of patients improved, and it has good security. |
