| ABSTRACT Objective: To analysis on the ADR characteristics of Jingmen area in 2014. Through the comparison for the data of last 3 years, provided a reference for the ADR monitoring work. Methods:2 303 ADR reports from Jingmen area which units reported to the adverse drug reaction monitoring center were collected, the patient’s basic condition，types of ADRs，drug varieties and result evaluation were retrospective analyzed. Meanwhile, given the contrast analysis of the data reported in the 2011 to 2014. Results:In 2 303 reports, many reports were came from medical institutions(99.8%); the ADR from intravenous drip accounted for 81.0%;43.7%ADR cases were caused by anti infective agent, most caused by cephalosporin; the most of ADR caused by immune system, which was 38.1%; Severe ADR reports increased 1.4% in 2014 compared with those in 2013. The results of assessment ADR“quite possible” came from monitoring center accounted for the largest proportion（72.7%），its incidence was 767 cases per million population.Conclusion: Each unit must pay great attention to the ADR monitoring work, focus on the new and serious ADR and improve the initiative and accuracy of reports, to help medical staff raising awareness and understanding ADR, and promote clinical rational drug use. |
