ABSTRACT Objective:To study the characteristics of adverse drug reactions in a hospital, provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods:A retrospective analysis of a hospital in 2014 reported 366 adverse reaction reports for statistical analysis.Results:ADR occurred in patients with age distribution up to 51 60 years old, females (52.2%) overall than men (47.8%); A hospital adverse reactions of drugs, primarily for the anti tumor drugs, followed by anti infectives; for adverse reactions involving damage to the main organs in the digestive system.Within the 366 cases of ADR reports, the new ADR was 5 cases, 19 cases of severe ADR, new and severe ADR accounted for only 6.6% of the total number of the report. The relevance evaluation result showed that the most likely case report (237 cases) was the most, which was64.8% of the total.Conclusion:Adverse reactions to anti tumor drugs and anti infectives, hence should pay attention to the management of these drugs, active drug monitoring, thereby reducing the incidence of adverse reactions, the promotion of rational drug use. |
