ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the curative effect of butylphthalide and atorvastatin combined with aspirin on cerebral arterial thrombosis. Methods:72 cases of cerebral arterial thrombosis patients were divided into observation group (n=36 cases) and control group (n=36 cases) at random. The patients of control group were given atorvastatin tablets and aspirin enteric coated tablets, and the patients of observation group were given butylphthalide soft capsules, atorvastatin tablets and aspirin enteric coated tablets. Both of them were treated 30 days continuously. The neurological function, clinical efficacy and changes of blood lipid parameter of two groups were recorded and compared. Results:The independent activity grading of the two groups after treatment were changed significantly than before (P<0.05) . But there was no significantly difference between two groups(P>0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 97.22%, while the control group was 91.67%, their difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, TG, TC, LDL levels were decreased, while HDL level was risen in two groups, and both of them had statistically significant than before (P<0.05). But there were no significantly difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The NIHSS scores decreased significantly than before in two groups (P<0.05), but there had no significantly difference between two groups(P>0.05). Furthermore, there had no statistically significance between the two groups for the adverse drug reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion: Butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin and aspirin in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis could significantly improve the patient’NIHSS score, blood lipid levels and the ability to live independently. The total effective rate was slightly higher than that of atorvastatin and aspirin in the treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant. It didn't increase the adverse drug reaction and its clinical efficacy remained to be further study. |
