| 摘 要 目的：了解现阶段嘉善县域内居民对合理用药的认知及需求情况，为后续合理用药宣传工作提供依据。方法：于2014年7月~2015年6月在嘉善县第一人民医院门诊大厅、各街道及乡镇卫生院门诊大厅等人流较大地点，采用一对一问卷调查的方式，对嘉善县居民进行有关合理用药认知水平与需求情况调查。结果：共发放调查问卷1 800份，实际有效问卷1 462份。83.8%的受访者表示经医生处方或药师推荐后获得药品，63.9%的人表示会仔细阅读药品说明书，97.7%的人表示需要了解合理用药知识。但受访人群在用药安全的认知上仍存在诸多不足。不同年龄的受访者对合理用药的认知水平有较大差别。结论：嘉善县居民对合理用药认知虽存在较大不足，但希望获取合理用药知识的需求较强烈，根据不同年龄人群特点进行差异化的用药宣传具有一定可行性。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate Jiashan county residents’ knowledge levels and demand situation on rational administration, and to provide evidence for the following rational drug use propaganda work. Methods:A one to one questionnaire survey of knowledge levels and demand situation on rational administration was conducted in some public places of Jiashan county between July 2014 to June 2015. Results:A total of 1 800 questionnaires were sent, and the real effective questionnaire 1 462 copies. 83.8% of respondents said they would use the drug after a doctor or pharmacist recommended; 63.9% of respondents would read the package instructions carefully before using the drug; 97.7% of people expressed the need to receive more information regarding the rational use of medicines. However, there were still many problems, particularly in medication safety. In addition, respondents’ age have a greater impact on rational drug awareness.Conclusion:Although there were some deficiencies in the rational use of medicines cognitive levels for residents in Jiashan county, but they had a strong demand for rational drug awareness. Differentiate medication propaganda had certain feasibility, according to the characteristics of different groups of people. |
