ABSTRACT Objective:To study the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in the hospital, in order to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. Methods:A total of 213 ADR were collected form the National center for ADR monitoring network platform form 2012 to 2015. Retrospective analysis was conducted to collect the patients factors(gender, age,nationality), medication factors(drug category ,route of medication), and the type of ADR,clinical manifestation,outcome were given statistic analysis and Relevance evaluation.Results:Among the 213 ADR reports, patients over 60 had higher incidences of ADRs (28.64%);the incidence of ADR was higher in women with the ratio of female to male was 1.39∶1, and the Han nationality and Uighurian owned a higher incidences of ADRs (52.58% and 32.40%, respectively);Intravenous drip caused the highest percentage of ADR (70.42%); The antimicrobial drugs was the top of the ADR inducing drugs(27.23%), followed the traditional Chinese medicine preparation and circulation system drugs; Clinical features of ADRs were dominated by damages of skin and appendages. Conclusion:The occurrence of ADR was correlated with multiple factors, great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring and continuous improvement so as to promote the rational drug use to keep the medication safety. |
