| 摘 要 目的：观察小营煎加味治疗阴虚湿热型月经间期出血的临床疗效。方法：105例阴虚湿热型经间期出血患者随机分为对照组51例与观察组54例。对照组给予口服戊酸雌二醇片常规治疗，观察组给予小营煎加味治疗。两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分变化、复发和药品不良反应情况。结果：观察组显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组中度病情患者的总有效率也明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组患者的中医证候积分均较前显著降低(P＜0.01），且观察组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后3个月观察组复发率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：小营煎加味对于阴虚湿热型月经间期出血具有良好的疗效。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Xiaoying decoction in treating intermenstrual bleeding of yin deficiency and damp heat type. Methods:A total of 105 patients with intermenstrual bleeding of yin deficiency and damp heat type were randomized divided into control group(51 patients) and observation group(54 patients). The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets and the observation group took the modified Xiaoying decoction. The therapy course of two groups were 3 months. The therapeutic effects, TCM symptoms integral change and the recurrence rate of two groups were compared after treatment. Results: After treatment,the obviously effective rate and total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of middle class patients in observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05). After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms of TCM in two groups were significantly decreased(P＜0.01), and the observation group was lower than the control group with statistical significance(P＜0.05). Three months after treatment, the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05). There were no significant difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xiaoying decoction has a good theraputic effects on intermenstrual bleeding of yin deficiency and damp heat type. |
