| ABSTRACT Objective:To survey the medication compliance of hypertensive patients in Karamay Baijiantan, and to find the best intervention methods to provide direction for pharmaceutical care, to analyze the related influence factors.Methods:Using self designed questionnaire, the random sampling method was used to investigate 242 patients with high blood pressure in the two communities in Baijiantan. To analyze the main factors influencing the medication compliance of hypertensive patients. Results:The medication compliance rate of the hypertensive patients was 39.7%. The medication compliance rates had no significant difference between the different gender, age, culture level, national, medical forms, complications of hypertensive patients (P>0.05). But the medication compliance rates had significant differences between the different high blood pressure progression and blood pressure success rate (P＜0.05). Conclusion:The medication compliance of hypertension patients was closely related to the understanding and recognition of anti hypertensive drugs, clinical pharmacists should provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients to improve the medication compliance. |
