| 摘 要 目的：观察布拉酵母菌散联合康复新液治疗活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法：102例活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组给予康复新液灌肠治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用布拉酵母菌散口服。两组疗程均为8周。观察两组的疗效和药品不良反应发生情况，比较两组患者治疗前后内镜下溃疡性结肠炎活动度评分、血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α和C反应蛋白（CRP）水平，及活检肠黏膜Geboes指数变化。结果：观察组总有效率为92.16%，高于对照组的74.51%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组内镜下溃疡性结肠炎活动度评分、血清TNF-α和CRP水平、活检肠黏膜Geboes指数等指标均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05），且观察组上述指标均低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组药品不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：布拉酵母菌散联合康复新液治疗活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著，能有效改善患者症状、体征，降低患者血清炎性因子水平，且安全性好，值得临床研究推广。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the curative effect of Saccharomyces boulardii powder combined with Kangfuxin Liquid treated mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis patients. Methods:102 patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group(51 cases) and control group(51 cases). The control group was given Kangfuxin liquid, the observation group was treated on the basis of the control group plus Saccharomyces boulardii powder. The course of treatment was 8 weeks in two groups. The curative effect and adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed；the level of activity of ulcerative colitis, the level of serum TNF-α and CRP, and the changes of Geboes index of the intestinal mucosa before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (92.16%) was higher than that of the control group (74.51%，P<0.05).Afer treatment, the endoscopic ulcerative colitis activity score, the serum levels of TNF-α and CRP, the Geboes index of the intestinal mucosa of the two groups were significantly decreased than before (P<0.05)，while all the index of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of Saccharomyces boulardii powder combined with Kangfuxin liquid treated mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis patients was significant. It could improve symptoms and signs effectively, and it was safe and reliable, it was worth clinical research and promotion. |
