ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the characteristics and rules of adverse drug reaction (ADR) and provide references for clinical rational and safe drug use. Methods: 6 382 cases of ADR reports collected from 2009 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively and statistically. Classified statistics respectively according to the patient’s age, sex, drug delivery route, drug type, severity and ADR clinical manifestation, etc. Results:Among the 6 382 ADR cases, the male to female ratio was 1∶1.07, mainly in over 41 years of age and older patients(>60%). The number of general ADR report is the most, and the doctor is the main body of the report(91.21%). 5 100 cases(79.91%) were given intravenously and with a single drug cause(88.55%). ADRs mainly involved the digestive system damage(45.46%). ADR cases referred to 22 categories of drugs, Of which antineoplastic agents occupied the first place which had 1677 cases(26.28%). Oxaliplatin (34.43%), tranexamic acid (11.52%) and compound amino acid (20AA) (9.65%) were the top three among suspected drugs. 104 cases were severe, of which antineoplastic agents occupied the first place(36.54%), followed by anti infective agents(25.00%). Conclusion: In clinical work, we should pay attention to the report and monitoring of ADR, and promote the safe use of drugs. |
