| 摘 要 目的：为呼吸内科临床药师基于抗肿瘤药开展药学服务提供方法。方法：通过临床实践及文献检索将呼吸科抗肿瘤药的配置要求、滴注顺序、常见不良反应及处置进行归纳总结，并以此为切入点开展药学服务。结果：临床药师通过上述方法实施药学服务，能更好地把握个体药物的特点，确保用药方法准确，对可疑不良反应具有高度敏感性并能及时规避，保证用药安全。结论：临床药师通过上述方法可以更有效的提供药学服务。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To provide a method of pharmaceutical care based on antitumor drugs for respiratory clinical pharmacists. Methods:The configuration requirements of respiratory antineoplastic infusion order, common adverse reactions and disposal summarized through clinical practice and literature search, and use it as the starting point of pharmaceutical services. Results:Clinical pharmacist pharmacy services carried out by the method described above, to better grasp the characteristics of individual drug treatment methods to ensure accurate suspected adverse reaction was highly sensitive and timely aversion to ensure drug safety.timely,ensure the safety of medication.Conclusion:The clinical pharmacist can provide pharmacy services more effectively by the above method. |
