ABSTRACTDrug induced liver injury was one of the most common adverse drug reactions, severe cases could lead to jaundice, acute liver failure and even death. Incidence of drug induced liver injury was increasing with year, and it had been paied more and more attention. Influence factors incuded host factors (such as age, sex, pregnancy, malnutrition and underlying diseases), drug and environmental factors. It was vital important to carry out monitoring and early warning drug induced liver injury using hospital information system effectively, so it was recommended that the government establish a national monitoring system for drug induced liver injury as soon as possible. |
