| 摘 要 目的：观察祛瘀止痛软膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效及安全性。方法：急性踝关节扭伤患者120 例随机分为观察组和对照组各60 例。观察组患者外敷祛瘀止痛软膏，对照组患者外喷麝香祛痛气雾剂，两组均治疗11 d。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前后疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、功能障碍等症状积分及用药安全性。结果：治疗后，两组患者总有效率均为100.00%，差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）；观察组患者痊愈率、优良率明显高于对照组（P<0.05和P<0.01）。治疗后，两组患者的各项症状积分均较治疗前明显下降（P<0.01），且观察组各项积分均明显低于对照组（P<0.01）。两组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论：祛瘀止痛软膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效显著且安全性好，值得临床推广。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of quyuzhitong ointment in the treatment of acute ankle sprain. Methods:120 patients with acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into observation group and control group，60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with quyuzhitong ointment external application；the control group was treated with moschus analgesic aerosol outside spraying. Both groups were treated with 11 days. The clinical efficacy, pain score，swelling score，ecchymosis score, dysfunction score and the safety of drug use of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of two groups were 100.00%, there had no significance difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The cure rate and excellent and good rate of observation group were obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). All the symptom scores of two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01), and the symptom scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01). There had no significant adverse drug reactions in two groups.Conclusion:Quyuzhitong ointment has good therapeutic efficacy and high safety for acute ankle sprain, it is worthy of popularizing in clinic． |
