ABSTRACT Objective:Through the analysis characteristics of the adverse reactions of triazole drug,in order to provide some references for rational drug use in the clinic. Methods:Using the method of retrospective study, 227cases of adverse drug reactions of triazole drug reported in the database of the drug adverse reaction monitoring center of Hubei Province during the period from January 2012 to December 2014 were collected and analyzed statistically in respects of age, gender, dosage form, route of administration, occurrence time of ADR, involved organ system distribution and clinical manifestations, ADR classification, relevance evaluation and its results. Results:Adverse reactions caused by the triazole of antifungal drugs, male and female ratio was 1∶1.32, and there were distribution in each age group, among which the incidence of 31 40 years old was the highest, accounting for 38.33%. ADR reports involved 9 kinds of dosage form,which mainly were paste,accounting for 59.03%. The ADR reports involving method mainly includes the topical administration (70.04%) and vaginal administration (24.23%),etc. There were major ADR reports involving the skin and its accessories damage (69.87%) and female reproductive system damage (24.02%), etc. ADR clinical manifestation included skin rashes, itching, nausea, romiting, diarrhoea abdomind pain, etc. The miconazole (42.73%) caused by ADR in the first place, followed by ketoconazole (36.56%). There were general 200 cases, the new 27 cases. Relevance evaluation results: affirmed 17 cases, probably 68 cases, may be 142 cases. The outcome of ADR cases was dominated cure and improvement. Conclusion:It was important to strictly control of the irrational use of drugs, strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions, improve the drug use manual, standardize clinical medication, in order to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions. |
