| 摘 要 目的：观察枳术宽中胶囊对伴有焦虑抑郁的功能性消化不良（FD）患者的疗效。方法：134例患者随机分成对照组和试验组各67例。对照组口服多潘立酮和帕罗西汀，试验组口服枳术宽中胶囊，疗程均为4周。观察两组患者治疗前后各症状积分、焦虑及抑郁评分变化，比较两组治疗有效率及药品不良反应。结果：治疗后，两组症状总积分及焦虑及抑郁评分均较治疗前显著下降（P<0.05）；且试验组餐后饱胀、早饱症状及症状总积分均优于对照组（P<0.05）。试验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：枳术宽中胶囊治疗伴有焦虑抑郁的FD患者疗效肯定且安全性良好。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsule in treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) complicated with anxiety and depression. Methods:134 cases patients with FD complicated with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into control group (67 cases) and study group (67 cases), the control group received domperidone and paroxetine, the study group received Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsule, all treated for 4 weeks. The symptoms score, anxiety and depression score, clinical effects and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the general score, anxiety and depression score declined remarkably than before in both groups (P<0.05); and the postprandial fullness and early satiation score in the study group were superiored to those in control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The occurrence rate of adverse drug reactions in the study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsule was effective and safe for FD patients complicated with anxiety and depression. |
