| 摘 要 目的：科学评价血栓通注射剂治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效及安全性。方法：计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、万方数据库、Embase、PubMed和Cochrane Library等数据库，全面搜集血栓通注射剂治疗急性脑梗死的随机对照试验，采用Cochrane风险评价表评价其研究质量，提取资料并通过RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果：共纳入31篇文献，累计2 903例受试者。Meta分析结果：在常规用药的基础上，联合使用血栓通注射剂，临床总有效率明显提高（RR＝1.21，95% CI：1.17~1.26，P<0.000 01）。此外，血栓通注射剂还可提高日常生活能力评分，降低神经功能缺损程度评分、血浆黏度(mPa·s)等，且未见严重的不良反应发生。结论：在西医常规治疗的基础上联合使用血栓通注射剂对急性脑梗死有较好的疗效，但其安全性仍需进一步探讨。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods:According to literature databases, we conducted a thorough and systematic retrieval of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that used Xueshuantong injection to treat ACI. The Cochrane Risk of Bias Assessment Table was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the RCTs and then the data were extracted and Meta analysed by RevMan 5.3 software. Results:A total of 31 RCTs with 2 903 participants were included. In the Meta analysis, the combining use of Xueshuantong injection and conventional medicine in the treatment of ACI can achieve a higher total effective rate (RR=1.21, 95%CI:1.17 1.26, P<0.000 01). In addition, Xueshuantong injection can improve daily life ability score and reduce the degree of nerve function defect score, plasma viscosity (mPa·s) and so on. There was no major or serious adverse drug event. Conclusion:Xueshuantong injection combined with conventional medicine has good therapeutic effect on acute cerebral infarction(ACI). |
