| 摘 要 目的：综合评价血栓通注射剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效及安全性。方法：计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、万方数据库、PubMed和Cochrane Library等数据库，全面搜集血栓通注射剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的随机对照试验，采用Cochrane风险评价表评价其研究质量，提取资料并通过RevMan5.3软件进行数据分析。结果：共纳入19篇文献，累计1 625例受试者，Meta分析结果显示：在常规用药的基础上，联合使用血栓通注射剂，治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的总有效率明显提高（RR＝1.32,95%CI：1.25~1.39,P<0.000 01)。此外，血栓通注射剂还可提高正中神经的感觉神经传导速度（SNCV）(MD=4.49,95%CI：2.54~6.44,P<0.000 01)、正中神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)(MD=5.62,95%CI：0.70~10.55,P=0.03)，降低起效时间(MD=-3.76,95%CI：-5.00~-2.53, P<0.000 01)等,且未见严重的不良反应。结论：在西医常规治疗的基础上联合使用血栓通注射剂对糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效，但其安全性尚需进一步探讨。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods:Datebases including CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, PubMed and so on were searched to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) which used Xueshuantong injection to treat DPN. The Cochrane Risk of Bias Assessment Table was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the research, and then the data were extracted and meta analysed by RevMan5.3 software. Results:In the analysis of DPN, a total of 19 RCTs with 1 625 participants were included. In the Meta analysis, the combining use of Xueshuantong injection and western medicine in the treatment of DPN can achieve a higher total effective rate (RR=1.32, 95%CI:1.25-1.39, P<0.000 01). In addition, Xueshuantong injection can improve the conduction velocity of sensory nerve (SNCV) of median nerve (MD=4.49,95%CI:2.54-6.44,P<0.000 01), motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) of median nerve (MD=5.62, 95%CI：0.70-10.55, P=0.03) and reduce the onset time (MD=-3.76, 95%CI：-5.00~-2.53, P<0.000 01) and so on. There was no major or serious adverse drug event. Conclusion:Xueshuantong injection combined with conventional medicine had good therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). But its safety needed to be further discussed. |
