| 摘 要 目的：综合评价双黄连注射剂治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：系统检索 Springer、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（SinoMed）、万方数据库等数据库1979~2016年6月1日文献，全面搜集双黄连注射剂治疗小儿肺炎的随机对照试验，对纳入文献进行质量评价，提取资料并通过RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果：共纳入19篇文献，累计3 133例受试者。Meta分析结果显示：在常规用药的基础上，联合使用双黄连注射剂可提高临床总有效率(RR=1.14, 95%CI:1.10~1.19, P<0.000 01)。此外，双黄连注射剂还可缩短退热时间、止咳时间、啰音消失时间等，且未见严重的不良反应发生。结论：临床上使用双黄连注射剂治疗小儿肺炎具有一定的疗效，但其安全性仍需进一步探讨。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of Shuanghuanglian injection in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods:According to literature databases, we conducted a thorough and systematic retrieval of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) which regarding Shuanghuanglian injection for treating infantile pneumonia. The Cochrane Risk of Bias Assessment Table was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the RCTs and then the data were extracted and Meta analysed by RevMan 5.3 software. Results: A total of 19 RCTs with 3 133 participants were included. In the Meta analysis，the combining use of Shuanghuanglian injection and conventional therapy in the treatment of infantile pneumonia can achieve a higher total effective rate (RR=1.14, 95%CI: 1.10-1.19,P<0.000 01). Furthermore, Shuanghuanglian injection can reduce the time of fever, cough, rales. And there was no major or serious adverse drug event. Conclusion: The clinical effect of treating infantile pneumonia was not significantly by single using Shuanghuanglian injection, our research suggested that Shuanghuanglian injection should be used in combination with conventional therapy to improve the clinical effect. |
