| 摘 要 目的：采用Meta分析方法评价谷红注射剂辅助西医常规治疗急性脑梗死的有效性及安全性。方法：计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、SinoMed、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）、万方数据库中有关谷红注射剂辅助治疗急性脑梗死的随机对照试验，文献检索年限为各数据库建库至2016年10月6日。采用Cochrane风险评估表评价其方法学质量，通过RevMan 5.3软件提取资料并进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入6个随机对照试验，累计517名患者。Meta分析结果显示，谷红注射剂辅助西医常规治疗可提高临床总有效率（RR=1.24, 95%CI：1.14~1.36, P<0.000 01)。此外，谷红注射剂也可改善神经功能缺损情况，影响血液流变学指标。本研究中4个随机对照试验未发生明显不良反应，2个随机对照试验未说明不良反应情况。结论：当前证据表明谷红注射剂辅助西医常规治疗在提高急性脑梗死患者临床总有效率、改善神经功能缺损等方面优于西医常规治疗，至于安全性,尚需更多高质量的研究予以证实。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate systematically the clinical effectiveness and safety of Guhong injection in adjuvant treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods: Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) regarding ACI treated by Guhong injection and conventional therapy were searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, China Scienceand Technology Journal Database, Wanfang Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Embase, PubMed and Cochrane Library up to October 6, 2016. Two reviewers independently retrieved RCTs and extracted information. The Cochrane risk of bias method was used to assess the quality of included studies, and a Meta analysis was conducted with Review Manager 5.3 software. Results: 6 RCTs involving 517 participants were included. Meta analysis, the results of Guhong injection group was significantly superior to the routine western medicine group in the total effective rates (RR=1.24, 95%CI: 1.14 1.36, P<0.000 01). And Guhong injection could have effects on neurologic impairment and hemorheological parameters. There were 4 studies without obvious adverse reactions. Four articles cleared that there was no ADRs in the studies, 2 studies has not reported ADRs. Conclusion:Comparing with routine western medicine, Guhong injection combined with conventional therapy was more effective in improving the total effective and the neurologic impairment, while its safety still needed to be further investigated. |
