| 摘 要 目的：科学评价银杏达莫注射液治疗突发性耳聋的有效性和安全性。方法：全面系统地检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、Cochrane Library和PubMed，收集银杏达莫注射液治疗突发性耳聋的随机对照试验，检索时间为各数据库建库至2016年5月，采用Cochrane提供的偏倚风险评价工具对纳入研究进行质量评价，并用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果：共纳入13个研究， 累计受试者1 274例。Meta分析结果显示在西医常规治疗的基础上，联用银杏达莫注射剂可显著提高临床疗效（RR＝1.23, 95%CI：1.17~1.30，P＜0.000 1），耳鸣的临床疗效(RR＝1.45, 95%CI：1.22~1.72，P＜0.000 1)。纳入研究中仅报道有2例不良反应，其中联用银杏达莫注射剂的实验组发生1例不良反应。结论：应用银杏达莫注射液佐治突发性耳聋有较好的疗效。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection (GD) as one adjuvant therapy for treating sudden hearing loss (SHL).Methods:Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of SHL treated by GD were searched in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, PubMed and SinoMed, which from the date of databases are built to May 2016. Cochrane Risk Assessment Tool was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the RCTs. The RevMan 5.3 software were used to conduct the Meta analysis of extracted data.Results:13 RCTs including 1 274 patients were included finally. Meta analysis results showed that the combined use of GD and western medicine (WM) in treatment of SHL can obviously improve the total effective rate of sudden hearing loss (RR＝1.23, 95%CI:1.17-1.30, P<0.000 1), the total effective rate of tinnitus (RR＝1.45, 95%CI:1.22-1.72, P<0.000 1). The included studies reported 2 adverse events, 1 of which belonged to experimental groups. Conclusion:Comparing with WM, the combine use of GD was more effective. |
