ABSTRACT Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection (GD) as one adjuvant therapy for treating diabetic nephropathy (DN). Cochrane Risk Assessment Tool was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the RCTs. The Review Manager 5.3 software was used to conduct the Meta analysis of extracted data.Results:30 RCTs including 2 045 patients were included finally. Compared with control group, the therapeutic efficacy of experimental group was better in reducing 24h UAER, Scr, BUN, blood high viscosity, blood low viscosity, plasma viscosity, TC, TG, 2h PBG, FBG (all P<0.05). Conclusion:Comparing with control group, the combine use of GD was more effective. |
