ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the compound ceamphor cream on treating localized neurodermatitis.Methods:90 patients with localized neurodermatitis were randomly divided into observation group (45 case) and control group (45 case). The observation group were given compound camphor cream, twice per day; the control group were given paeonol cream, twice per day. After 14 days’s treatment, the clinical efficiency, itching points, signs of integration and adverse reaction of two groups were compared. Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group and control group was 87.7%and 62.2% respectively, there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the itching points and signs of integration of both two groups were improved(P<0.05), and the observation group had statistical significance than the control group(P<0.05). The adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of compound camphor cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis was better than that of paeonol cream, and it had good safety. |
