| 摘 要 目的：调查吸入给药制剂的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：回顾性调查125家医院2011～2015年吸入给药制剂的销售情况，收集各医院西药销售总额，吸入给药制剂销售总额，各制剂销售金额等内容进行计算分析。结果：吸入给药制剂销售金额逐年上升，进口药品占市场主导地位，四种剂型中雾化液销售占比最高，三级医院雾化液销售占比为42.75%，二级医院为49.22%。糖皮质激素类药物是5种不同活性成分类别里销售占比最高的，三级医院糖皮质激素类药物销售占比为45.48%，二级医院为47.61%。结论：吸入给药制剂的应用情况基本合理，在呼吸系统疾病治疗中应用尚少，使用情况与医院规模及所在区域有关。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the clinical application of Inhalation drugs for reference to rational use of clinical medicine.Methods:To make retrospective analysis on sale of Inhalation drugs in 125 hospitals in the period from 2011 to 2015. Collect the total sales of western medicine, the total sales of inhalation preparation, the amount of sales and other preparations for the calculation and analysis. Results:The sales amount of Inhalation drugs has increased by year with imported Inhalation drugs taking dominant position in the market. Among the four types of Inhalation drugs, respirator solution takes the highest sale amount. Sales accounting of respirator solution in tertiary hospitals was 42.75%，and in secondary hospital was 49.22%. Glucocorticoid drugs took the highest sales amount of the five different categories for the active ingredients. Sales accounting of glucocorticoid drugs in tertiary hospitals was 45.48%,and in secondary hospital was 47.61%.Conclusion:The application of Inhalation drugs was rational and the Inhalation drugs was not widely used in the treatment of respiratory disease, it maybe bound up with the different area and different scale of hospital. |
