摘 要 目的:调查高龄(≥80岁)女性服用维生素D和复方钙剂(简称复方钙剂)与骨密度、骨代谢标志物的关系。方法:对187例80~93(84±3)岁的高龄女性服用复方钙剂的情况进行调查,并进行骨密度和骨代谢标志物的检测,分析服用复方钙剂与骨密度、骨代谢标志物的关系。结果:服用复方钙剂的高龄女性骨质疏松患病率为41.51%,明显低于未服用复方钙剂的58.96%(P<0.05);与不服用复方钙剂的相比,服用复方钙剂的高龄女性血清Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列、总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端前肽和N端骨钙素较低(均P<0.01)、25 羟基维生素D较高(P<0.001)。 结论:服用复方钙剂可能有助于降低高龄女性的骨转换水平,提高其25 羟基维生素D水平,进而降低其骨质疏松的患病率。 |

ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the relationship between supplement of calcium and vitamin D compound (calcium compound), and bone mineral density and bone metabolism markers in women aged 80 and over. Methods: A cross sectional survey was conducted in a cohort comprising 187 women aged 80 and over. All participants underwent an questionnaire survey of calcium compound supplement. Bone mineral density and bone metabolism markers were conducted, and the relationship between supplement of calcium compound and bone mineral density, bone metabolism markers were analyzed. Results:Osteoporosis was found in women who had supplied calcium compound, which was significantly lower than ones who had not (41.51% vs.58.96%, P<0.05). The the levels of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D was significantly higher (P<0.001), and C telopeptide of type 1 collagen, N terminal propeptide of type Ⅰ procolagen, and osteocalcin were significantly lower in elder women who had supplied calcium compound (all P<0.01). Conclusion:To supply calcium compound could decrease the level of bone turnover markers and increase the one of 25 hydroxyvitamin D, and to decrease the incidence of osteoporosis in women aged 80 and over. |
