ABSTRACT Objective:To understand the adverse drug reactions (ADR) of the anti infection drugs of the central nervous system, analyzes its characteristics and related factors, promote clinical rational drug use. Methods:To retrieve and analyze the cases of the adverse reactions of the central nervous system caused by the anti infective drugs from 1999 to 2016 in CNKI, Wanfang Data and China's National Center for adverse drug reaction monitoring. Results: Drugs to quinolone and cephalosporin, a total of 348 cases, 69.18% cases in total, quinolones levofloxacin by most, a total of 86 cases, total 17.10% cases; cephalosporins, cefepime and ceftazidime, up to 37 cases, accounting for the total number of cases, of which 21 cases of patients with renal failure or uremia hemodialysis patients. Carbapenem to imipenem / cilastatin, a total of 32 cases, accounting for 6.36% of the total cases. The most time of ADR was 1 7d after treatment with a total of 325 cases, accounting for about 64.61% of the total cases. Conclusion:Anti infective drugs caused by the central nervous system ADR was more common, the symptoms were diverse, especially in the elderly more gregarious, clinical use should pay more attention. |
