| 摘 要 目的：研究小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合常规治疗轻型缺血性卒中患者的临床疗效。方法：115例轻型缺血性卒中患者随机分为观察组58例和对照组57例。对照组予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用小牛血清去蛋白注射液，14 d为一疗程。比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分、改良Rankin评分（mRS评分）、血液流变学指标变化，以及发病后90 d及1年卒中复发率，记录治疗过程中的药品不良反应。结果：治疗后，两组患者NIHSS评分和mRS评分均较治疗前显著改善（P<0.05），血液流变学各指标均较前显著降低（P<0.05）；且观察组NIHSS评分和mRS评分，血浆黏度、全血黏度等均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组出院后1年卒中复发率为13.8%，明显低于对照组的31.6%（P<0.05）。治疗过程中两组均未见药品不良反应发生。结论：小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合常规治疗轻型缺血性卒中疗效好，可降低卒中复发率。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To study the effects of deproteinised calf blood serum injection combined with conventional treatment on patients with minor ischemic stroke. Methods:115 cases with minor ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group (57 cases) and observation group (58 cases). The control group received conventional treatments, the observation group received deproteinised calf blood serum injection additionally. All treated for 14 days. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), modified Rankin Scale (mRS) and hemorheology indexes, the stroke recurrence rate of 90 days and 1 year were compared, and the adverse drug reactions were recorded. Results:After the treatment, the NIHSS and mRS score were significantly improved than before in both two groups (P<0.05)；and all the hemorheology indexes decreased in both groups than before(P<0.05). For the observation group, the NIHSS score, mRS score, the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were much better than those of control group (P<0.05). The stroke recurrence rate of 1 year was 13.8%, which was lower than that of control group of 31.6% (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions occurred during treatment in two groups. Conclusion:The deproteinised calf blood serum injection combined with conventional treatment showed good therapeutical effect for patients with minor ischemic stroke, and could reduce stroke recurrence rate. |
