ABSTRACT Objective:To explore influence factors of postoperative analgesia by flurbiprofen axetil injection after scoliosis surgery, providing reference for postoperative analgesia program. Methods:Selected 185 patients who treated by flurbiprofen axetil injection after spinal surgery of posterior spinal bone graft and internal fixation in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from June to December in 2016. Gender and age distribution of patients, scoliosis type, ASA class, intraoperative bleeding, anesthesia method, analgesia program of intraoperative were collected. The patients’ pain of postoperative 6h, 24h, 48h, 72h was assessed, influence factors of postoperative analgesia by flurbiprofen axetil injection after scoliosis surgery were analyzed by logistic regression. Results:There was no significant difference in NRS scores between postoperative 24h and postoperative 48h (P>0.05). The differences of NRS scores between the other time points was statistically significant (P<0.01). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the anesthesia method (OR=2.403), intraoperative blood loss (OR=1.001), use of patient controlled analgesic (PCA) pump after surgery (OR=0.219) , heart rate (OR=0.976) were the pain factors of the postoperative 24h (P<0.05). The forms of scoliosis (OR=0.432), preoperative Hb levels (OR=0.964), use of PCA after surgery (OR=0.275) were the pain factors postoperative 48h (P<0.05). Conclusion:Medical staff can predict postoperative analgesia by flurbiprofen axetil injection after scoliosis surgery according to pain influence factors, make reasonable analgesia plan, reduce the occurrence of excessive analgesia and inadequate analgesia. |
