| 摘 要 目的：了解代谢组学领域的研究现状，为该领域研究人员提供参考。方法：在Web of Science数据库中以“metabonomics”或“metabolomics”为主题词检索并分析检索结果。结果：共检索出15 082条文献，该研究领域文章发表量及引用次数逐年递增，其主要研究方向为Biochemistry Molecular Biology。美、中、英三国分别以30.115%、17.796%和11.239%的发文量名列前三位。世界发文量排名前10的研究机构中，美国有4个，英国3个，中国2个，其中中国科学院发文量世界第一。结论：代谢组学领域的研究日益受到重视，美英等发达国家占据主导地位，中国紧随其后，但中美之间有一定差距。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:A bibliometric analysis was performed based on Web of Science database to understand the research status of metabolomics/metabonomics for researchers. Methods:The “metabolomics” or “metabonomics” were used as subject terms for literature searching in the Web of Science citation database (2000 2017). The results were analyzed by the tools of the database. Results:A total of 15 082 literatures related to metabolomics/metabonomics were found in the Web of Science database, and the quantity of the published literatures increased year by year. The Biochemistry Molecular Biology was the hottest sub field in metabolomics/metabonomics study. The top three countries with the largest number of publications were America, China and England, and they occupied 30.115%, 17.796% and 11.239% of the total publication, respectively. In the top ten institutions with the most literature publication, America accounts for 4 seats, England accounts for 3, and China accounts for 2. The Chinese Academy of Sciences has the largest literature publication in the world.Conclusion:Metabolomics/metabonomics attracted more and more attentions all over the world. The developed countries such as America and England leaded the world in this study field, followed by China and other countries. However, there was a gap between America and China. |
