| 摘 要 目的：调查上海市金山区糖尿病患者的用药依从性和用药常识，分析影响因素并探讨干预措施。方法：从上海市金山区居民健康信息系统中随机抽取210例常住该区的糖尿病患者,采用统一设计的调查问卷对调查对象进行入户面对面询问式调查，调查项目包括用药依从性、安全用药行为、药学知识获取途径等。结果：纳入调查的糖尿病患者用药依从性达标率为28.0%，安全用药行为达标率为58.5%。高中及以上学历组患者和10年以上的病程组患者用药依从性较佳，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；女性患者安全用药行为达标率明显高于男性患者（P<0.05）；患者未按照医嘱用药的最主要原因是漏服药物，占36.2%，患者获取药学知识最主要途径是家庭医生，占71.5%。结论：上海市金山区糖尿病患者用药依从性相对较低，文化程度和病程是用药依从性的重要影响因素，家庭医生和传统的纸质印刷品是较受金山区糖尿病患者欢迎的信息来源。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the medication compliance and medication knowledge of diabetic patients in Jinshan District of Shanghai, analyze its influencing factors and explore possible interventions measures. Methods:A total of 210 hospitalized patients with diabetes were randomly selected from the health information system of Jinshan District in Shanghai. Investigation methods was carried out by face to face questionnaire, the investigation items included medication compliance, safe medication behavior, access to pharmaceutical knowledge and so on. Results:The compliance rate of diabetes medication compliance in Jinshan District of Shanghai was 28.0%, the compliance rate of safe medication was 58.5%. Patients with high school education and above group of patients and with more than 10 years were better in compliance with the medication compliance, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The safe drug behavior of female patients was significantly higher than that of male patients (P<0.05). The main reason that patients fail to follow the doctor's advice is missing drug, accounted for 36.2%. The main way of pharmaceutical knowledge got from family doctors, accounting for 71.5%. Conclusion: The medication compliance of patients with diabetes mellitus in Jinshan District of Shanghai is relatively low, culture degree and the course of the disease is one of the important factors affecting drug compliance. Family doctors and traditional paper prints are a popular source of information for people with diabetes in the mountains. |
