| 摘 要 目的：观察异甘草酸镁注射液联合还原型谷胱甘肽对原发性肝癌Child Pugh A级患者经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）术后肝功能损害指标的改善作用及其安全性。方法：原发性肝癌Child Pugh A级患者70例随机分为观察组（35例）和对照组（35例）。对照组者TACE术前3 d至术后7 d给予还原型谷胱甘肽1.8 g,ivd，qd；观察组在对照组治疗基础上于TACE当天给予异甘草酸镁注射液200 mg,ivd，qd，连用7 d。比较两组患者TACE术前、术后总胆红素（TBil）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）水平变化，观察两组患者药品不良反应发生情况。结果：术后第3天，两组患者TBil、ALT、AST均较术前显著升高（P<0.05）,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；术后第7天，观察组患者TBil、ALT、AST已基本恢复术前水平（P＞0.05）；而对照组患者TBil、ALT、AST仍高于术前（P<0.05）,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间上腹疼痛、发热、恶心呕吐发生率均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：异甘草酸镁注射液联合还原型谷胱甘肽对原发性肝癌Child Pugh A级患者TACE术后肝功能损害有显著改善作用，且安全性较好。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective:To investigate the liver function damage and safety of magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection with Reduced Glutathione for the patients with primary hepatic carcinoma Child Pugh A after interventional treatment. Methods:Totally 70 patients who suffered PHC Child Pugh A were divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases) randomly. The control group was given Reduced Glutathione 1.8g, ivd, qd, 3 days before surgery and 7 days after surgery in TACE. On the basis of control group, the objective group was given Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection 200mg on TACE day, ivd, qd, 7 days continuously. The change of total bilirubin (TBil), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were compared in two groups before and after TACE, and the adverse reactions (ADR) were observed. Results: After 3 days of TACE, the Tbil, ALT, AST in two groups was higher than that before surgery (P<0.05). After 7 days of TACE, TBil, ALT, AST of observation group had no significant difference compared with before surgery (P＞0.05); but in control group, they ware higher than that before surgery (P<0.05). After 3, 7 days surgery, the objective group was significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidences of upper abdominal pain, fever, nausea and vomiting in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection combined with Reduced Glutathione could obviously improve the liver function damage of the patients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma Child Pugh A after interventional, and it had good safety. |
