ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the effect of different doses of Bailing Capsule combined with conventional therapy on renal function in patients with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods:80 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each 40 cases. The two groups were given basic treatment and dietary balance. On the basis of routine treatment, patients in the control group were treated with 1g Bailing capsule three times a day, while the experimental group received 2g Bailing capsule three times a day, and the two groups were observed for 1 month. The changes of serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), uric acid (UA), Cystatin C (Cysc), serum albumin (Alb), hemoglobin (Hb), 24h urine protein quantitation, glomerulus filtration rate (eGFR) between the two groups were observed and compared. Results:After treatment, SCr, BUN, UA and 24h urinary protein in experimental group decreased significantly (P<0.001 of P<0.01), the eGFR increased obviously (P<0.05), while the indexes of the control group showed no significant difference before and after treatment (P>0.05); Compared with the control group, the SCr and 24h urinary protein of the experimental group significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion:The high dose Bailing capsule combined conventional therapy obviously delayed the progression of chronic renal insufficiency. |
